We currently have an opportunity for a Profile Operator at our Manufacturing Plant in Lewiston, ID.

NIGHT SHIFT HOURS

(12 Hour Shift)

The Profile Operator supports safe, efficient, and consistent manufacturing operations by operating and supporting Level 3 or lower equipment and periodic production assignments within 2-piece reclosable operations. The position contributes to production continuity through process inspections, equipment adjustments, break relief, profile changes, and accurate product handling. The role works within established operating standards while exercising judgment to maintain product quality, safety, labeling accuracy, and production flow.

Safety & Compliance

• Drive safety initiatives by making safe work practices the highest priority across assigned production activities.
• Perform inspections of plant processes to support safe, compliant, and consistent operations.

Production Operations

• Operate all Level 3 or lower machines and periodic positions assigned to 2-piece reclosable operations to support production requirements.
• Adjust running parameters as needed to maintain effective equipment and production performance.
• Provide break relief for 2-piece and profile production positions to maintain operational continuity.
• Perform profile changes to support production requirements and product transitions.
• Ensure cartons are properly labeled, taped, dated, and moved to the correct areas to maintain product identification and material flow.
