We currently have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Rapid Responder at our Manufacturing Plant in Lewiston, ID.

ROTATING DAYS/NIGHTS SHIFT HOURS

(12 Hour Shift)

As the Manufacturing Rapid Responder, you will provide timely mechanical support to production and facility equipment to sustain safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. Working directly with production work teams, the position troubleshoots equipment issues, completes repairs, and supports maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and minimize disruption to production. The role works independently and collaboratively to identify and resolve mechanical problems and contributes to maintaining a safe operating environment.

Maintenance & Equipment Reliability 

• Troubleshoot and complete timely repairs of mechanical equipment to support production work teams and minimize operational disruption.
• Provide mechanical support for production and facility equipment to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Support predictive, preventive, and parts rebuild maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce equipment-related interruptions.

Problem Solving & Teamwork

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical equipment problems independently and collaboratively to restore reliable equipment performance.
